摘  要:使用真空中频感应熔炼炉制备了Ag-xSc系列银基合金,并对其进行轧制和退火。采用光学显微镜(OM)观察合金铸锭的金相组织;退火态合金采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析物相组成,电导率仪测试电导率,显微维氏硬度计测试硬度,电化学工作站进行动电位扫描,并在Na_(2)S溶液和H_(2)S气氛中进行腐蚀实验,随后采用扫描电镜(SEM)-能谱仪(EDS)分析腐蚀表面形貌和S含量。结果表明,钪在银中主要以金属化合物Ag_(4)Sc的形式存在,少量钪原子固溶入银基体;钪的加入可细化银晶粒。随着钪含量的增加,银基合金的电导率逐渐降低,硬度不断升高,而耐腐蚀性能呈现先提高后降低的趋势。添加0.75%(质量分数)Sc的银基合金具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能,自腐蚀电流密度为676μA/cm^(2),硬度为114.4 HV_(0.1)。A series of Ag-xSc silver-based alloys were prepared using a vacuum medium-frequency induction melting furnace,followed by rolling and annealing.The metallographic microstructure of the alloy ingot was observed using an optical microscope(OM).For the annealed alloy,the phase composition was analyzed by a X-ray diffractometer(XRD),the electrical conductivity was measured using a conductivity meter,the hardness was tested by a micro-Vickers hardness tester,and potentiodynamic scanning was performed using an electrochemical workstation.Corrosion experiments were conducted in Na_(2)S solution and H_(2)S atmosphere,followed by analysis of the corrosion surface morphology and sulfur content using scanning electron microscope(SEM)coupled with energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS).The results show that scandium in silver exists primarily in the form of the metallic compound Ag_(4)Sc,with a small amount of scandium atoms dissolved in the silver matrix.The addition of scandium can refine the silver grains.With the increase of scandium content,the electrical conductivity of the silver-based alloys gradually decreases,the hardness continuously increases,and the corrosion resistance first improves and then declines.The silver-based alloy with 0.75%(mass fraction)Sc exhibits the best corrosion resistance,with a self-corrosion current density of 676μA/cm^(2) and a hardness of 114.4 HV_(0.1).
