摘 要:采用浸渍法以γ-Al_(2)O_(3)小球为载体,以Cu-Ce、Cu-Mn、Cu-Zr或Cu-Co为活性组分制备铜基复合氧化物催化剂,研究不同组分、掺杂比、反应温度等因素对铜基复合氧化物催化CO氧化性能的影响,并使用BET、CO-TPR、SEM和XRD分析催化剂的表面性能、还原能力、表面形貌以及物相组成等。结果表明,在最佳的掺杂比条件下,不同活性组分的铜基复合氧化物的催化活性高低顺序为:铜铈复合氧化物>铜锰复合氧化物>铜锆复合氧化物>铜钴复合氧化物,其中铜铈复合氧化物的性能最优,且最优的掺杂比为n(Cu)∶n(Ce)=1∶0.1。该催化剂在150~200℃时CO转化率达到80%以上,200℃以上时CO转化率保持在90%以上。表征结果显示,铜铈复合氧化物催化活性优异是由于活性组分分散均匀,且具有较大的比表面积、良好的孔隙结构以及较强的氧化还原能力。Copper-based composite oxide catalysts were prepared by impregnation method usingγ-Al_(2)O_(3) spheres as carrier and Cu-Ce,Cu-Mn,Cu-Zr or Cu-Co as active components.The influence of different components,doping ratio and reaction temperature on the catalytic performance of copper-based composite oxides for CO oxidation was studied.The surface properties,reducibility,surface morphology and phase composition of the catalysts were analyzed by BET,CO-TPR,SEM and XRD.The results show that under the optimal doping ratio,the order of catalytic activity of copper-based composite oxides with different active components is as follows:Cu-Ce composite oxide>Cu-Mn composite oxide>Cu-Zr composite oxide>Cu-Co composite oxide.Among them,the Cu-Ce composite oxide exhibits the best performance,and the optimal doping ratio is n(Cu)∶n(Ce)=1∶0.1.This catalyst achieves a CO conversion rate of over 80%at 150~200℃and maintains a CO conversion rate of over 90%above 200℃.Characterization results indicate that the excellent catalytic activity of the Cu-Ce composite oxide is attributed to the uniform dispersion of active components,large specific surface area,good pore structure and strong redox ability.
