摘  要:选取Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni钛合金作为试验材料,对其进行不同温度的固溶处理。通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)以及拉伸性能测试,研究了固溶温度对Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni钛合金微观组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:合金原始组织为经过两相区锻造加工而形成的等轴组织,由大量初生α相(α_(p))以及少量β转变组织(β_(T))构成。随着固溶温度升高,固溶合金组织中α_(p)相逐渐变小,最后完全溶解消失,而析出的α′相含量有所增加且尺寸逐渐增大;合金强度随之提高,而塑性则随之降低;合金断口微观形貌由韧窝转变为结晶状形貌,逐渐出现撕裂棱,断裂特征由韧性断裂向脆性断裂转变。Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni titanium alloy was selected as the test material and subjected to solid solution treatment at different temperatures.The effects of solution temperature on the microstructure and tensile properties of Ti-0.3Mo-0.8Ni titanium alloy were studied by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and tensile property test.The results show that the original microstructure of the alloy is an equiaxed microstructure formed by forging in the two-phase region,which is composed of a large number of primaryαphase(α_(p))and a small amount ofβ-transformed microstructure(β_(T)).With the increase of solution temperature,theα_(p) phase in the microstructure of the solution-treated alloy gradually becomes smaller,and finally completely dissolves and disappears,while the content of the precipitatedα′phase increases and the size gradually increases.And the strength of the alloy increases,while the plasticity decreases.The fracture micro-morphology of the alloy changes from dimple to crystalline morphology,tear ridges gradually appear,and the fracture characteristic changes from ductile fracture to brittle fracture.
