摘　　要：构建美丽中国数字化治理体系是实现美丽中国建设目标和中国式现代化的重要路径。数字化与绿色发展技术深度融合是美丽中国数字化治理体系构建的技术逻辑,数字驱动政府、市场和社会多主体利益协同是美丽中国数字化治理体系构建的组织逻辑,发展资源节约型和环境友好型绿色经济是美丽中国数字化治理体系构建的价值逻辑。美丽中国数字化治理体系构建的基本框架包括构建美丽中国数字化治理的技术网络体系、组织责任体系、治理平台体系、数字化治理政策体系及监管体系、市场体系等。基于此,应建立数字信息共建共享机制,发展数字生态经济,培育美丽中国数字化治理价值共同体,构建数字生态社会,完善数字化多元治理机制,弘扬数字生态文化,推进数字生态文明建设等,推动构建美丽中国数字化治理体系。Building a digital governance system for Beautiful China is an important path to achieving the goal of building Beautiful China and Chinese path to modernization.The deep integration of digitalization and green development technologies is the technical logic for building the digital governance system of Beautiful China.The synergy of interests among government,market,and society driven by digitalization is the organizational logic for building the digital governance system of Beautiful China.Developing a resource-saving and environmentally friendly green economy is the value logic for building the digital governance system of Beautiful China.The basic framework for constructing the digital governance system of Beautiful China includes building the technical network system,organizational responsibility system,governance platform system,digital governance policy system and regulatory system,market system,etc.Based on this,it is necessary to establish a digital information co construction and sharing mechanism,develop a digital ecological economy,cultivate a digital governance value community of Beautiful China,build a digital ecological society,improve digital diversified governance mechanisms,promote digital ecological culture,and advance the construction of digital ecological civilization,so as to promote the construction of a digital governance system of Beautiful China.
