摘　　要：农业合作经济是提高农业生产效率、推进中国农业现代化转型的必由之路。“十五五”时期,中国农业合作经济发展需要充分把握快速变化的国际国内形势,准确认识农业合作经济发展过程中存在的传统生产力要素有待稳定保障、农业新质生产力要素有待持续激活以及农业要素供给有待系统集成等问题。推进中国农业合作经济高质量发展,要以优化合作经济布局、提升要素供给质量、创新合作经营模式、推进系统集成改革、增强组织发展能力和加大扶持监管力度等为重点任务,激发农业合作经济在促农增收、产业升级和乡村治理中的核心效能,为农业农村现代化发展注入强劲动力。Agricultural cooperative economy serves as an essential pathway to enhance agricultural production efficiency and promote the modernization transformation of Chinese agriculture.During the 15th Five-Year Plan period,the development of China’s agricultural cooperative economy needs to fully grasp the rapidly evolving international and domestic circumstances,accurately understand the problems that exist in the process of agricultural cooperative economy development,such as the need for stable guarantee of traditional productivity factors,the need for continuous activation of new quality productivity factors in agriculture,and the need for systematic integration of agricultural factor supply.To promote high-quality development of China’s agricultural cooperative economy,the key tasks include optimizing cooperative economic layout,upgrading factor supply quality,innovating cooperation operation models,promoting system integration reform,strengthening organizational development capabilities,and intensifying support and supervision.These measures will stimulate the core effectiveness of agricultural cooperative economy in promoting agricultural income growth,industrial upgrading,and rural governance,and inject strong impetus into the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
