摘  要:图像育人就是以图化人、以图育人,是文化育人的一种重要表现形式。落实图像育人工作,需着重把握图像育人的作用机制。图像育人以“图”为基础,以“化”为关键,以“人”为实质,“用什么‘图’化——如何‘化’——将人‘化’向何处”这一思维路向,构成了图像育人的问题逻辑。充分发挥图像在高校育人中的作用,必须聚焦现实的“图像——方法——人”这三维困境,从意义建构和内容编制两方面着力打造多层次的图像资源库,采取多样化的创新方法搭建图像化协同育人平台,提升教育主客体的图像认知、辨析及表达能力,推动当代高校思想政治教育工作提质增效。Cultivating people through images is an important form of cultivating people through culture,which aims to transform and educate people through images.To implement the work of culti-vating people through images,it is necessary to focus on grasping its role mechanism.Cultivating peo-ple through images is based on“images”,with“transformation”as the key,and“people”as the es-sence.Meanwhile,the thinking path of“what‘image’to use for transformation-how to‘trans-form’-where to‘transform’people”constitutes the logic of the issue of cultivating people through images.To give full play to the role of images in the education of people in colleges and universities,we must focus on the three-dimensional dilemma of“image-method-person”in reality,and make ef-forts to build a multi-level image resource library from the construction of meaning and the prepara-tion of content.We should also adopt diversified and innovative methods to build a collaborative im-age education platform,improve the image cognition,analysis and expression ability of the subject and object of education,and promote the quality and efficiency of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities.
