摘　　要：档案信息资源作为医院日常运营以及发展的重要依据,能够为患者的治疗提供更具针对性的方案、为医院的发展提供更准确的决策依据。但随着信息化建设的不断发展,医院档案信息资源相关工作也迎来了全新的挑战。积极探索医院档案信息资源的开发利用新模式,进一步完善馆藏结构、强化组织保障和人才培养、提高信息化水平和安全监管等,对推动医院不断提升综合竞争力有积极的现实意义。As an important basis for the daily operation and development of hospitals,archival in-formation resources can provide more targeted treatment plans for patients and more accurate decision-making support for the growth of hospitals.However,with the continuous development of information-ization,the work related to hospital archival information resources has encountered new challenges.Ac-tively exploring new models for the development and utilization of hospital archival information resourc-es,further optimizing the collection structure,strengthening organizational guarantees and talent culti-vation,and improving the level of informatization and safety supervision,have positive practical signif-icance in promoting the continuous improvement of hospitals’comprehensive competitiveness.
