摘  要:基于新能源汽车下乡和新能源汽车配套设施建设的相关政策,分析农村地区地域特征,包括自然因素和人文因素对新能源汽车在农村地区推广的优劣,以及农村居民购买偏好,包括社会、家庭、个人因素对决策购买新能源汽车的影响,揭示了农村地区新能源汽车市场虽存在基础配套设施落后,农民购买力不足等问题,但总体来看市场前景广阔,发展潜力巨大,提出了新能源汽车在农村地区发展需加大政策支持力度,加快配套设施建设,加强宣传力度,提高农民收入等相关建议。Based on relevant policies for new energy vehicles to go to the countryside and the construction of supporting facilities for new energy vehicles,the regional characteristics of rural areas are analyzed,including the advantages and disadvantages of natural and cultural factors on the promotion of new energy vehicles in rural areas,as well as the purchasing preferences of rural residents,including social,family,and personal factors.The new energy vehicle market in rural areas is faced with problems such as backward infrastructure facilities and insufficient purchasing power of farmers.However,overall,the market has broad prospects and huge development potential.It is proposed that the development of new energy vehicles in rural areas needs to increase policy support,accelerate the construction of supporting facilities,strengthen publicity,and increase farmers' income.
