“双碳”目标下大运河沿线城镇绿色发展对策

摘　　要：在“双碳”目标的背景下,以高水平推进大运河文化保护传承利用为抓手,统筹大运河沿线城镇经济社会绿色发展已成为重要课题。长期以来,在大运河研究体系中运河沿线城镇的绿色发展没有受到重视。通过对产业结构、能源结构、航道生态失衡等突出问题的探讨,提出大运河沿线城镇绿色发展的对策。为实现运河沿岸城镇的绿色低碳发展,有必要全面激活运河文化中的绿色基因,将运河保护、传承与利用与产业绿色发展、能源绿色转型、航运绿色升级相统一,形成政策、技术、产业、文化等多方位的支持体系。Against the background of the "Double Carbon" goal,taking high-level promotion of the protection,inheritance and utilization of the Grand Canal culture as the starting point,coordinating the economic and social green development of cities and towns along the Grand Canal has become an important issue.For a long time,the green development of towns along the Grand Canal has not received attention in the Grand Canal research system.By discussing outstanding issues such as industrial structure,energy structure,and ecological imbalance of navigation channels,countermeasures for green development of cities and towns along the Grand Canal are put forward.In order to achieve green and low carbon development of towns along the canal,it is necessary to fully activate the green genes in the canal culture,unify the protection,inheritance and utilization of the canal with green industrial development,green energy transformation,and green shipping upgrading,and form a multi-faceted support system such as policies,technologies,and industries.
