能源安全视角下“一带一路”沿线国家能源贸易网络特征

摘　　要：能源是重要的战略物资,不仅是人类赖以生存和可持续发展的基石,同样也是衡量一个国家经济实力的标准。“一带一路”沿线国家是中国重要化石能源与可再生能源的贸易伙伴,中国与“一带一路”沿线国家能源贸易合作对于稳定能源贸易以及保障中国能源安全有重要意义。因此,利用2000-2021年能源贸易数据构建贸易网络,从贸易网络整体、网络行为者特征以及贸易社团进行分析,探究贸易网络的动态演化。结果发现,贸易网络平均路径长度缩短、聚类系数增加,“小世界”特征明显。俄罗斯、中国、印度处于网络核心地位且中介效应明显。贸易社团由分散混乱逐渐走向完善,主要存在三个贸易社团,社团内部存在明显分工,中国在其所处的贸易社团中处于中心地位。Energy is an important strategic material,not only the cornerstone of human survival and sustain-able development,but also the standard to measure a country's economic strength.Countries along the Belt and Road Initiative are important trading partners of China in the fields of fossil energy and renewable energy.Energy trade cooperation between China and countries along“the Belt and Road”is of great significance to stabilizing energy trade and ensuring China's energy security.Therefore,the energy trade data from 2000 to 2021 is utilized to construct a trade network,and an analysis is conducted from the perspectives of the overall trade network,the characteristics of network actors,and trade communities to explore the dynamic evolution of the trade network.The results showed that the average path length of the trade network was shortened,the clustering coefficient was increased,and the"small world"characteristics were obvious.Russia,China,and In-dia are at the core of the network and have obvious mediation effects.Trade associations have gradually moved from decentralization and chaos to perfection.There are three main trade associations.There is a clear division of labor within the associations.China is in a central position within the trade communities it belongs to.
