摘　　要：立足于“一带一路”倡议的大背景,对中蒙俄经贸合作的发展前景进行了深入的研究。随着我国数字化进程的加速,数字经济已成为区域经济增长的重要推动力。首先对中蒙俄数字贸易的发展情况和特点进行了研究和分析,并对其在数字基础设施建设、贸易规模和贸易结构上的发展进行了详细的阐述。其次,文章构建了一个随机前沿引力模型,并利用有关的数据,对中蒙俄三国的数字贸易潜能进行了实证研究。分析结果显示,中蒙俄经济走廊的数字贸易发展具有较好的发展前景,整体呈现波动性特征,贸易总量有望继续增长。中俄之间有很大的合作空间,而中蒙贸易也呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。在此基础上,通过加大数字化基础设施建设,优化政策环境,促进跨境电商和中蒙俄经济走廊数字化贸易的快速发展,推动地区经济合作和稳定。Based on the background of "the Belt and Road" an in-depth study was conducted on the development prospects of China-Mongolia-Russia economic and trade cooperation.With the acceleration of China's digitalization process,the digital economy has become an important driving force for regional economic growth.First,This paper studies and analyzes the development and characteristics of China-Mongolia-Russia digital trade,and expounds in detail its development in digital infrastructure construction,trade scale and trade structure.Secondly,the article builds a random frontier gravity model and uses relevant data to conduct an empirical study on the digital trade potential of China,Mongolia and Russia.The analysis results show that the development of digital trade in the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor has good development prospects,with overall volatility characteristics,and the total trade volume is expected to continue to grow.There is a lot of room for cooperation between China and Russia,and China-Mongolia trade is also showing a vigorous development trend.On this basis,measures should be taken to increase the construction of digital infrastructure and optimize the policy environment to promote the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and digital trade in the China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,and promote regional economic cooperation and stability.
