摘  要:在日本,CO_(2)排放工业区主要位于太平洋一侧的沿海地区,而合适的储存地点大多位于日本海一侧。当排放源和储存站点之间的距离较大时,需要通过船舶运输储存CO_(2)。日本政府的目标是到2030年实现碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)的社会实施。随着商业环境的发展,建立CO_(2)船舶运输技术是一个重要的问题。在2021财年,日本CCS株式会社(JCCS)、日本工程促进协会(ENAA)、伊藤忠商事株式会社(ITOCHU)和日本制铁公司与新能源产业技术综合开发机构(NEDO)共同签订了一个有关液化CO_(2)船舶运输研发、示范试验和商业模式研究的合同,并正式启动了该项目,项目计划持续六年,直到2026财年。为了在2030年实现CCUS的社会实施,该项目将开展CO_(2)从排放源到利用/储存站点的运输技术研发,规模为每年100万t,真正实现CO_(2)的长途、大规模运输,并降低成本。该项目还旨在通过示范试验和相关研究,建立每年1万t的液化CO_(2)船舶运输技术,还将研究以CCUS为目的的船舶运输业务模式。In Japan,CO_(2) emission industrial zones are mainly located in coastal areas on the Pacific side,while the most suitable storage sites are located on the Sea of Japan side.When the distance between the emission source and the storage site is large,CO_(2) needs to be transported and stored by ship.The Japanese government's goal is to achieve social implementation of Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage (CCUS) by 2030.As the business environment develops,establishing CO_(2) ship transportation technology is an important issue.In fiscal year 2021,Japan CCS Corporation (JCCS),Japan Engineering Promotion Association (ENAA),Itochu Corporation (ITOCHU) and Japan Steel Corporation jointly signed a contract with the New Energy Industry Technology Comprehensive Development Agency (NEDO) for research and development,demonstration testing and business model research on liquefied CO_(2) ship transportation,and officially launched the project.The project is planned to last for six years until fiscal year 2026.In order to realize the social implementation of CCUS in 2030,the project will carry out research and development of CO_(2) transportation technology from emission sources to utilization/storage sites,with a scale of 1 million tons per year,truly realizing long-distance/large-scale transportation of CO_(2) and reducing costs.The project also aims to establish 10 000 tons of liquefied CO_(2) ship transportation technology per year through demonstration tests and related research,and will also study ship transportation business models for the purpose of CCUS.
