摘 要:以数字化煤场、动态库存管理、精益配煤掺烧等环节为依托,结合大数据、云计算、移动终端应用等先进技术,进一步细化管理流程。通过建立动态数字煤场,健全机构,落实责任,优化管理模式,实施对标管理,推动“结对互查、互补提升”,构建燃料掺配效果评价机制,实现PDCA循环等手段,推进对标提升,最终实现燃煤运行系统数据准确、运行安全、机组掺烧经济性提升。Relying on the links such as digital coal yard management,dynamic inventory management,and lean coal blending,and by combining advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and mobile device applications,the management process is further refined.By establishing dynamic digital coal yards,improving institutions,implementing responsibilities,optimizing management models,implementing benchmarking management,promoting "pairing and mutual check,complementary improvement",building a fuel blending effect evaluation mechanism,realizing PDCA cycle and other means,promoting benchmarking improvement,and ultimately achieving accurate data,safe operation,and improved unit blending economy.
