摘　　要：基于露天矿在用的4G无线通信系统之上,黑岱沟露天煤矿融合了北斗高精度定位技术,开发了钻机北斗自动布孔系统,实现了钻机在露天矿全自动布孔与对孔功能。根据预设的坐标数据,钻机自动定位到指定的钻孔位置,实现精确的钻孔作业,极大地提高了布孔和穿孔的工作效率,降低了劳动强度。钻机北斗自动布孔系统的应用为智能化矿山建设奠定了坚实的基础,推动了整个矿业行业的技术进步和产业升级。Based on the existing 4G wireless communication system used in opencast mines,the Heidaigou Opencast Coal Mine has integrated Beidou high-precision positioning technology and developed a Beidou auto⁃matic hole layout system for drilling rigs.This system achieves fully automated hole layout and alignment functions for drilling rigs in the opencast mine.According to the preset coordinate data,the drilling rig auto⁃matically locates to the specified drilling position,achieving precise drilling operations.This greatly improves the efficiency of hole layout and drilling while reducing labor intensity.The application of the Beidou auto⁃matic hole layout system for drilling rigs has laid a solid foundation for the construction of intelligent mines,promoting technological advancement and industrial upgrading across the entire mining industry.
