摘  要:随着DCS分散控制系统功能的不断强化,使得数字电液调节系统DEH与DCS发展不同步,加之DCS在系统功能上对DEH具有一定的互补性,使得两者逐渐趋于一体化设计。依据国能锦界能源公司一、二期系统运行特点及三期一体化设计分站原则、系统功能等应用实例,介绍了DCS(DEH)一体化设计思路、控制原则、站点分布、重要模块功能、APS接口信号及一体化后的优缺点分析,为优化DCS(DEH)功能提供了可借鉴依据。With the continuous enhancement of DCS(Distributed Control System)functionality,the develop⁃ment of DEH(Digital Electro-Hydraulic)control systems has not kept pace with DCS evolution.Given that DCS functionally complements DEH in certain aspects,the two systems are gradually converging toward inte⁃grated design.Based on the operational characteristics of Phase I&II systems,as well as Phase III integrat⁃ed substation design principles,system functions,and other application examples,this paper presents the inte⁃grated DCS(DEH)design approach.It details control principles,station distribution,key module functions,APS interface signals,and analyzes the advantages/disadvantages of integration.The findings provide valuable references for optimizing DCS(DEH)functionalities.
