摘  要:随着光伏项目开发的日渐成熟,屋顶分布式光伏电站建设是大部分地区新能源发展的方向,需要根据各电站屋面、周边环境、用电等特点制定出最优的设计方案。通过对设计过程中重要部分进行研究,为分布式光伏电站制定设计方案提供了理论指导,用以提升项目综合效益。以某物流公司分布式光伏发电项目为例进行分析,同时考虑限电、贷款成本、电价浮动等因素,在20%和30%的资本金比例下,资本金财务内部收益率分别为6.95%、6.51%,经济效益显著提升。With the increasing maturity of PV project development,the construction of rooftop distributed PV power stations has become the direction of renewable energy development in most regions.Therefore,it is essential to formulate optimal design schemes based on the characteristics of each station's roof,surrounding environment,and electricity demand.By studying the critical aspects of the design process,this research provides theoretical guidance for the formulation of design schemes for distributed PV power stations,thereby enhancing the overall project benefits.Taking a distributed PV power generation project for a logistics company as an example,the analysis considers factors such as power curtailment,loan costs,and electricity tariff fluctuations.Under capital ratios of 20%and 30%,the financial internal rates of return(FIRR)are 6.95%and 6.51%,respectively,demonstrating significant economic benefits.
