摘 要:针对煤化工行业火炬环保系统运行过程中存在的实际问题,结合实际创新工艺技术和具体措施,并创新提出了能够消除煤粉堵塞、低聚物挂壁、低聚物堵塞液相横管、长轴潜液泵在含有烃类凝液池中运行存在安全风险的新技术、新方法。通过深入研究分析和实践应用,煤化工火炬环保系统应用新工艺和新设备,切实改善了系统生产平稳性及可靠性,显著降低了能源消耗。同时,对火炬水封罐、凝液收集罐罐体外盘管伴热产生的凝结水进行回收利用,通过设置双热电偶消除高空点火器频繁点火困难,为煤化工行业火炬环保系统运行优化提供了参考依据。This paper addresses the practical challenges associated with the operation of flare gas abatement and recovery systems in the coal chemical industry.It proposes integrated innovative process technologies and specific countermeasures,along with novel methodologies to eliminate several key issues,including pulverized coal blockage,oligomer deposition on walls,oligomer blockage in liquid cross pipes,and safety risks linked to the operation of long-shaft submerged pumps in hydrocarbon condensate tanks.Through in-depth research,analysis,and practical applications,the introduction of new processes and equipment in flare gas abatement and recovery systems in the coal chemical industry has effectively enhanced production stability and reliabili⁃ty while significantly reducing energy consumption.Additionally,the condensate generated from external coil tracing of the flare seal drum and condensate collection drum is recycled and utilized.By installing dual ther⁃mocouples,this study has also addressed the frequent ignition difficulties faced by high-mounted pilots,pro⁃viding useful insights for the improvement and optimization of flare gas abatement and recovery systems in the coal chemical industry.
