摘  要:作为“西煤东运”主通道大秦线和朔黄线,受运力紧张等因素影响,通道增量乏力。位于蒙西地区腹地的国家能源集团新朔铁路“十四五”期间将建成铁路专用线11条,新增装车能力1亿t/a,蒙西地区煤炭外运趋紧。围绕蒙西地区煤炭由新朔铁路经唐呼铁路、集通铁路至唐山港和东北地区,从既有和新建通道两方面,分别从通道成本、运输评价等分析,提出蒙西地区煤炭外运新通道建设,积极稳定东北保供和保障国家能源供应稳定。As the main route for coal transportation from west to east,the Daqin Line and Shuohuang Line have experienced limited incremental growth due to factors such as tight transportation capacity.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,CHN Energy Xinshuo Railway,located in the heart of western Inner Mongolia,plans to construct 11 dedicated railway lines that will provide an additional loading capacity of 100 million tons per year.The transportation of coal from this region is becoming increasingly constrained.This paper an⁃alyzes the costs and transportation assessments of existing and newly constructed coal transportation channels,including Xinshuo Railway,Tanghu Railway,and Jitong Railway,to Tangshan Port and the Northeast region.Based on this analysis,it proposes the construction of a new coal transportation channel in western Inner Mongolia.This initiative aims to actively stabilize the coal supply to Northeast China and ensure the stability of the national energy supply.
