摘 要:斗轮堆取料机是应用于港口、冶金、焦化、火力发电厂等行业一种连续作业的装卸设备,用于装卸各种煤炭、矿石等。随着国民经济的快速发展,斗轮堆取料机需求量不断增大,自动化程度逐年提高,在港口行业的应用也更加大型化和高效化。通过对斗轮堆取料机行走系统运行原理、控制逻辑进行详细阐述,对斗轮堆取料机在生产过程中存在的各类行走故障进行系统分析,并提出针对性的处置方案,指导现场快速处置斗轮堆取料机的行走故障,提高了斗轮堆取料机的开机率及生产效率,取得了良好的使用效果,为公司创造了可观的经济效益,为设备的自动化运行和稳定性作业奠定了坚实的基础。The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer is a type of continuous loading and unloading equipment uti⁃lized in various industries,including ports,metallurgy,coking,and thermal power plants,for the handling of different types of coal and ores.With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for bucket wheel stacker reclaimers continues to rise,and the level of automation improves year by year.Their applica⁃tion in the port industry is also becoming increasingly large-scale and efficient.This paper elaborates on the operational principle and control logic of the traveling system of bucket wheel stacker reclaimers,systematical⁃ly analyzes various traveling failures of bucket wheel stacker reclaimers that may occur during production,and proposes targeted solutions to guide rapid on-site troubleshooting of the said traveling failures.This sig⁃nificantly improves the operational rate and production efficiency of bucket wheel stacker reclaimers.The solu⁃tions have demonstrated favorable effectiveness,generating substantial economic benefits for the company and establishing a solid foundation for automated operation and stable performance of the equipment.
