摘  要:针对某火力发电厂2C-6导料槽出口由于细碎机启动初期产生的鼓风效应导致的喷粉问题,采用曲线落煤管改造、惯性抑尘双密封导料槽改造和干雾抑尘技术相结合。同时,结合入炉煤实际情况,对干雾抑尘系统投入运行方式进行优化调整。结果表明:抑尘技术运用后,改造区域的总尘和呼尘都符合国家标准要求。This paper addresses the dust emission problem at the 2C-6 transfer chute outlet at a thermal power plant caused by the air blast effect during the initial operation of the crusher,through a combined ap⁃proach incorporating curved coal chute modification,dual-seal inertial dust suppression chute modification,and dry fog dust suppression technology.Meanwhile,the way the dry fog dust suppression system is put into operation is further optimized based on the actual conditions of coal as fired.The results demonstrate that,af⁃ter the application of the dust suppression technology,both total dust and respirable dust concentrations in the modified area comply with the requirements of China's national standards.
