摘  要:针对某石油化工企业蒸汽系统存在的不平衡问题进行全面分析,探索兼顾运行稳定、安全可靠且经济可行的综合治理方案。通过构建多维度评估模型,从工艺匹配性、调节灵活性、投入产出比等指标开展技术经济分析,重点比选了管网运行优化、电动机改蒸汽驱动、锅炉给水加热三类技术优化路线。最终确定方案并实施改造后,年回收低压蒸汽2.7万t及凝结水18万t,节省燃煤消耗,基本消除低压蒸汽过剩排空,同时减少燃煤产生的烟气排放19090万Nm^(3),减少了对大气环境的热污染,取得了经济效益和环境效益的双赢。同时,验证了项目选取技术路线的有效性,为同类企业蒸汽系统优化提供一种可复制的策略。This paper comprehensively analyzes the imbalance of the steam system of a petrochemical enterprise,and explores a comprehensive treatment plan that takes into account stable operation,safety and reliability,and economic feasibility.By constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation model,the technical and economic analysis was carried out from the indicators of process matching,adjustment flexibility,input-output ratio and other indicators,and three types of technical optimization routes were selected:pipe network operation optimization,motor to steam drive,and boiler feedwater heating.After the final plan is determined and the transformation is implemented,27,000 tons of low-pressure steam and 180,000 tons of condensate will be recovered annually,saving coal consumption,basically eliminating the excess emptying of low-pressure steam,and reducing the flue gas emissions generated by coal burning by 190.9 million Nm^(3),reducing the thermal pollution to the atmospheric environment,and achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits.At the same time,the effectiveness of the project selection technology route is verified,and a replicable strategy is provided for the optimization of steam system in similar enterprises.
