摘 要:为了实现丁二烯装置的长周期运行,本文探讨了丁二烯抽提装置聚合物生成的主要反应路径与引发丁二烯发生自聚的关键因素及其危害,结合萃取精馏系统和普通精馏系统实际运行过程中出现的丁二烯聚合情况,分析了各系统中丁二烯发生聚合的原因,以及聚合物对精馏系统带来的严重后果。针对引发聚合的原因,采取相关阻聚措施。结合多种阻聚措施在乙腈法丁二烯装置中的实际应用,验证了这些阻聚措施的有效性。In order to realize the long-term operation of the butadiene plant,this paper discusses the main reaction path of the polymer formation of the butadiene extraction device and the key factors and hazards that cause the self-polymerization of butadiene,and analyzes the causes of butadiene polymerization in each system and the serious consequences of polymers on the distillation system in combination with the butadiene polymerization in the actual operation of the extractive distillation system and the ordinary distillation system.Relevant anti-aggregation measures are taken for the causes of aggregation.Combined with the practical application of various polymerization inhibition measures in acetonitrile butadiene device,the effectiveness of these polymerization inhibition measures is verified.
