摘 要:随着人工智能(AI)技术的迅猛发展,其在化工企业生产中的应用日益广泛,为化工行业的智能化转型提供了有力支持。本文综述了AI在化工企业生产中的应用现状,重点探讨了AI在过程优化与控制、设备故障预测与维护、产品研发、生产安全管理、供应链管理等方面的应用。旨在为化工企业利用AI技术提升生产效率、降低成本、确保产品质量和安全生产等提供参考,并为化工企业转型和可持续发展提供新思路。As the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in the production processes of chemical enterprises has become increasingly widespread,and providing robust support for the intelligent transformation of the chemical industry.This paper reviews the current state of AI application in chemical enterprise production,with a particular focus on its applications in process optimization and control,equipment failure prediction and maintenance,product research and development,production safety management,and supply chain management.It aims to offer reference for chemical enterprises to use AI technology to enhance production efficiency,reduce costs,ensure product quality,and strengthen safety in production,and provide new ideas for the transformation and sustainable development of chemical enterprises.
