摘  要:在人类文明形态演进呈现新态势、中国式现代化实践涌现新需求、国际传播学科发展面临新问题的时代背景下,中国国际传播自主知识体系需要从马克思主义新闻观、中国国际传播思想与实践中汲取理论源泉,以知识创造、理论对话、文明互鉴为创新动力,深刻把握知识本源的原创性、理论内涵的科学性、价值立场的人民性、理念引领的全局观等特征。基于文明交流互鉴视角,构建中国国际传播自主知识体系,需要立足中国实际语境,面向全球发展新命题;发掘自主知识价值,创设理论对话新时空;打造互鉴融通窗口,开拓文明多样性知识边界。In the context of a new trend in the evolution of human civilization,new needs emerging in the practice of Chinese Modernization,and new problems facing the development of international communication disciplines,China's independent knowledge system for international communication needs to draw theoretical sources from the Marxist news concept,China's international communication thought and practice,and take knowledge creation,theoretical dialogue and mutual learning of civilizations as the driving force for innovation.Deeply grasp the originality of the source of knowledge,the scientific nature of the theoretical connotation,the people's nature of the value position,and the overall view of value orientation.Based on the perspective of exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations,the establishment of China's independent knowledge system for international communication needs to be based on China's actual context and face the new proposition of global development;explore the value of independent knowledge and create a new space and time for theoretical dialogue;create a window of mutual learning and opening up the knowledge boundary of civilization diversity.
