摘 要:我国农业灌溉取水工程点多、面广、量大,农业用水计量全面覆盖难度大、成本高,快速、准确掌握农业灌溉用水情况已成为水资源管理工作中的突出难题。与传统地面站点监测、人工统计上报方法相比,遥感具有快速、大范围覆盖的观测能力,能够提供区域高频次的地表时空变化信息。本文利用多源遥感协同方法提升了高空间分辨率数据时间连续性,并结合多源数据遥感反演土壤水分的误差特征与误差传递规律,构建了面向灌溉面积识别的多源遥感土壤水分反演协同方案,基于土壤表层水分变化识别了研究区高频次、高精度的实际灌溉面积。结合作物调查与亩均用水量测量结果,实现了研究区不同灌溉轮次的灌溉水量推算,平均精度达87.57%,改善了传统灌溉用水监测成本高、人力需求大的不足。研究通过将灌溉水量推算成果作为水权监管依据,完成了研究区不同农户水权结余的动态更新,为水资源管理与水权推广提供了新途径。Comprehensive coverage of agricultural water metering is difficult and costly,and rapid and accurate monitoring of agricultural irrigation water use has become a prominent problem in water resources management.Compared with traditional ground station monitoring and manual statistical reporting methods,remote sensing enables quick observation and coverage of a large area,providing high-frequency spatiotemporal change information in the region.This paper employs a collaborative method using multi-source remote sensing to improve the temporal continuity of high-spatial resolution data and incorporates the error characteristics of multi-source data to establish a collaborative scheme for soil moisture inversion in multi-source remote sensing.Based on the change of soil surface moisture,the actual high-frequency and high-precision actual irrigation area in the study area was identified.Combined with crop surveys and per-mu water consumption measurement results,the irrigation water volume of different irrigation cycles in the study area was estimated,with an average accuracy of 87.57%,which improved the high cost and high manpower demand of traditional irrigation water monitoring.By using the results of irrigation water volume estimation as the basis for water rights supervision,the study completed the dynamic update of water rights balances of different farmers in the study area,providing a new way for water resources management and water rights promotion.
