摘　　要：通过对已有新质生产力内涵及评价体系研究进行系统回顾,在总结认知分歧和借鉴现有研究基础上,构建新质生产力发展的综合评价体系,采用熵权法测度中国省域2008—2022年新质生产力发展水平,揭示其时空差异特征,并探究了数字经济对新质生产力发展的驱动机制。研究发现:新质生产力在时间上整体呈上升态势,在空间上大致呈沿海向内陆递减的分布格局,具有明显的等级板块结构特点。总体而言,数字经济对新质生产力具有显著的赋能作用,相对于东部地区而言,数字经济赋能新质生产力发展在中西部地区更加明显。分指数回归显示,数字经济对新质劳动资料的促进作用最大,其次为新质劳动对象与新质劳动者。数据要素化、数字产业化与产业数字化是数字经济助力新质生产力形成的重要机制。空间回归检验发现数字经济不仅能够直接驱动新质生产力,并且具有显著的空间溢出效应。研究结论以期为国家发展数字经济和加快形成新质生产力提供借鉴。Through a systematic review of existing research on the connotation and evaluation systems of new quality productive forces,this study constructed a comprehensive evaluation framework for the development of new quality productive forces by synthesizing cognitive divergences and leveraging prior research.Using the entropy weight method,it also measured the development level of new quality productive forces across Chinese provinces from 2008 to 2022,revealed their spatial-temporal differentiation patterns,and explored the driving mechanism of the digital economy on the development of new quality productive forces.The findings indicate that the new quality productive forces exhibit an upward trajectory temporally and a spatially decreasing gradient from coastal to inland regions,obviously characterized by a hierarchical block structure.Overall,the digital economy significantly empowers the new quality productive forces,with its effects being more pronounced in central and western regions compared to the eastern region.Sub-index regression analysis highlights that the digital economy most strongly promotes the new quality means of labor,followed by the new quality objects of labor and new quality laborers.Data elementalization,digital industrialization,and industrial digitization are important mechanisms for the digital economy to advance the formation of new quality productive forces.Spatial regression tests further confirm that the digital economy not only directly drives new quality productive forces but also generates significant spatial spillover effects.These conclusions aim to provide references for fostering the digital economy and accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces in China.
