组态视角下新质生产力的驱动路径研究

摘　　要：培育新质生产力是推动强国建设与民族复兴的重要举措。鉴于新质生产力会受到多维度要素的耦合影响,基于组态视角,以中国31个省份为研究案例,运用NCA和QCA方法,探讨技术、组织和环境条件组成的新质生产力驱动路径。研究发现:单一条件不构成驱动新质生产力发展的必要条件,环境因素发挥较为普适的作用;高发展水平的新质生产力存在“组织-环境型”“技术-环境型”和“并进型”三种适配类型。按照驱动因子主辅的不同,又可分为五条不同的具体组态。跨案例比较研究发现,中国东、中、西部新质生产力的驱动路径具有显著的区域差异。研究结论以期为各地区发展新质生产力,促进社会高质量发展提供新方向。Cultivating new quality productive forces is an important initiative to promote the construction of a strong nation and national rejuvenation.In view of the fact that new quality productive forces are affected by the coupling of multi-dimensional elements,this study investigated 31 provinces in China,and explored the pathways of new quality productive forces driven by technological,organizational and environmental conditions through Necessary Condition Analysis(NCA)and Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)based on the configurational perspective.Findings reveal that:no individual factor serves as a necessary condition for high-level new quality productive forces,though environmental factors play a more universal role.High-level new quality productive forces manifest three distinct adaptive development patterns:"organization-environment synergy,""technologyenvironment synergy,"and"dual-drive integration."These patterns can further be categorized into five specific configurations based on the hierarchical interplay of primary and secondary driving factors.Comparative analysis cross-case finds that the driving pathways of new quality productive forces in eastern,central,and western China have significant regional differences.The study provides a new direction for the cultivation of new quality productive forces and the promotion of high-quality social development in various regions.
