摘  要:为解决电力变配电所在巡检、倒闸等作业时存在巡检精准性不够、远程倒闸效率较低等问题,提出一种电力SCADA自主并发程控倒闸技术。该技术以普速铁路电力SCADA系统为基础,借助大数据、人工智能等先进技术,结合成熟的段生产管理信息系统,利用科学的网间接口实现电力SCADA自主并发程控倒闸,大幅提高停送电倒闸操作效率并可实现倒闸操作零错误。To solve the problems of insufficient inspection accuracy and low remote switching efficiency during inspection and switching operations in substation and distribution substation,a SCADA autonomous concurrent programmable switching technology for electric power is put forward.The technology,on the basis of the SCADA system of electric power of conventional railway,assistant with the advanced technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence,combined with proved production management information system of the power supply section,and by utilizing of scientific inter-network interfaces,realizes the autonomous concurrent programmable switching of SCADA of electric power,greatly improving the efficiency of power outage switching operations and achieving zero errors in switching operations.
