摘 要:随着高速铁路动车组运行速度的不断提高,接触网系统整体振动频次增加、磨损加剧,定位器处发生异常磨损引发的设备故障频发。本文对照定位器运行维修标准,对其受力状态进行分析,并针对定位器受力异常状态的典型缺陷结合1C动态检测波形特征与4C图片特征,总结出定位器受力状态1C、4C关联分析方法,并提出处置措施,为后续定位器状态评价提供数据支撑。Along with the continuous improvement of the operating speed of EMUs of high-speed railway,the overall vibration frequency and wear of OCS have increased,and equipment failures caused by abnormal wear at the steady arms have occurred frequently.The paper compares the operation and maintenance standards of steady arms,analyzes their stress state,and summarizes the correlation analysis method between 1C and 4C stress state of steady arms based on typical defects of abnormal stress state of steady arms,combined with 1C dynamic inspection waveform features and 4C image features.It also proposes treating measures to provide data support for subsequent state evaluation of the steady arms.
