摘 要:城市轨道交通是公共交通的重要组成部分,也是城市的耗能大户,是城市交通绿色低碳发展的关注重点之一。随着国家“双碳”目标的提出,如何提升轨道交通能源消耗和碳排放监测管理的能力,提升轨道交通能源双控水平,已经成为轨道交通绿色低碳发展关注的重点。本文在对轨道交通能源管理系统建设现状及国家、行业“双碳”政策分析的基础上,以精细化能源管控需求为导向,以云数融合的城轨云数字底座为支撑,提出一种基于城轨云的轨道交通智能能源管控系统方案,介绍其架构和功能,为后续轨道交通绿色低碳转型提供技术支撑,具有较高的工程实用价值。Urban rail transit is an important component of public transportation and a major energy consumer in cities.It is also one of the key focuses for the green and low-carbon development of urban transportation.With the proposing of the national"dual carbon"target,how to enhance the monitoring and management capabilities of energy consumption and carbon emissions in rail transit,and improve the dual control level of rail transit energy,has become a key focus of attention for the green and low-carbon development of rail transit.On the analysis of the current situation of energy management system construction in rail transit and the national and industry"dual carbon"policies,the paper puts forward an intelligent energy management system scheme for rail transit based on the convergence of cloud and data,guided by the demand for refined energy control and supported by the urban rail cloud and data base,with the architecture and functions of the system being introduced.It is able to provide technical support for the subsequent green and low-carbon transformation of rail transit and it has a high engineering practical value.
