摘 要:Cr12Mo1V1电连接压接模具在使用过程中存在由于其结构应力集中而导致出现早期失效的问题。本文运用DEFORM软件建立电连接线夹挤压成形仿真模型并进行多体仿真,通过将实际挤压成形产品的断面变形结果与坯料仿真变形结果对比,验证了仿真方法的准确性;基于仿真结果结合应力随时间变化曲线、应力分布云图,证明仿真结果能反映模具实际工作过程。基于该仿真方法,开展电连接线夹挤压成形上、下模具的结构优化设计,提出上、下模具整体结构改型与分体结构改型的5类方案,通过对比最大拉应力云图分布和最大拉应力随时间历程曲线,以及从模具结构的可行性、安全性和经济性角度,综合评估确定了最优的模具结构优化设计方案。The problem of early failure exists in the process of service of Cr12Mo1V1 electrical connector due to its structure stress concentration.In the paper,DEFORM software is applied to establish simulation model for extrusion forming mold for electrical connection clamp,and multi-body simulation is performed.The correctness of the simulation method is verified through comparison of result of profile deformation of actual extruded product with that of simulated deformation of the blank.On the basis of the simulation results combined with the stress variation curve over time and stress distribution cloud map,it is proved that the simulation results can reflect the actual working process of the mold.On the basis of the simulation method,the structural optimization design of the upper and lower mold for the extrusion forming of electrical connection clamp is carried out,and five types of schemes are proposed for the overall structural modification and split structure modification of the upper and lower mold.By comparing the distribution of maximum tensile stress cloud map and the curve of maximum tensile stress over time,as well as comprehensively evaluating the feasibility,safety,and economy of the mold structure,the optimal mold structure optimization design scheme is determined after comprehensive assessment.
