摘 要:为了回收利用硅废料并制备初晶硅细化的高硅铝合金,采用电磁感应炉熔炼,通过添加Na_(2)HPO_(4)对高硅铝硅合金进行变质处理.结果表明:使用纯硅纯铝合金化实验制备Al-50%Si合金时,添加1%的Na_(2)HPO_(4)晶粒细化效果最好,相较于未添加Na_(2)HPO_(4),初晶硅晶粒细化了2.786 mm,细化了56.99%;使用DWSSP和纯铝合金化实验制备Al-50%Si合金时,相较于未添加Na_(2)HPO_(4),晶粒细化56.53%,并计算得出DWSSP中硅的利用率达到82.244 2%.综合分析表明,Na_(2)HPO_(4)加入后,对Al-50%Si合金进行变质处理,达到了晶粒细化和成分分布均匀化的效果,为解决硅废料提供了思路,实现废料再利用,保护环境.In order to recycle silicon waste and prepare high-silicon aluminum alloy with primary silicon refinement,the high-silicon aluminum-silicon alloy was melted by electromagnetic induction furnace and metamorphosed by adding Na_(2)HPO_(4).The results showed that the addition of 1%Na_(2)HPO_(4) had the best grain refinement effect when the Al-50%Si alloy was prepared by pure silicon pure aluminum alloying experiment,and the grain refinement of the primary silicon was 2.786 mm and the refinement ratio was 56.99%compared with that without the addition of Na_(2)HPO_(4).When the Al-50%Si alloy was prepared by DWSSP and pure aluminum alloying experiments,the grain refinement was 56.53%compared with that without the addition of Na_(2)HPO_(4),and the utilization rate of silicon in DWSSP was 82.2442%.The comprehensive analysis shows that after adding Na_(2)HPO_(4),the modification treatment of Al-50%Si alloy can achieve grain refinement and homogenization of composition distribution,which provides ideas for solving silicon waste,realizing waste reuse and protecting the environment.
