摘 要:二硅酸锂微晶玻璃因具有较高的机械强度、良好的化学稳定性和生物相容性以及美观的半透明光泽,已被广泛应用于牙科修复材料、手机盖板、金属涂层等领域.为探究氧化钪的加入量对二硅酸锂晶体析晶的作用,改变微观形貌进而影响宏观性能的变化规律,本实验通过DSC、XRD、SEM及硬度、强度、折射率、可见光透过率、热膨胀系数等测试,研究了氧化钪含量对二硅酸锂微晶玻璃组织结构及性能的影响.结果表明:当Sc_(2)O_(3)的质量分数从0增加至3.00%时,玻璃中二硅酸锂晶体的析晶温度从803.29℃上升到861.83℃;当Sc_(2)O_(3)的质量分数达到4.50%时,玻璃在热处理过程中吸放热不明显;当Sc_(2)O_(3)质量分数从0增加至4.50%时,二硅酸锂晶粒尺寸随之增大,结晶度逐渐降低,Sc_(2)O_(3)的引入提高了二硅酸锂晶相的析出温度;当Sc_(2)O_(3)质量分数从0增加至4.50%时,微晶玻璃的折射率和可见光透过率均随之增大,热膨胀系数减小,其努氏硬度和抗弯强度在Sc_(2)O_(3)质量分数为1.50%时达到最大值分别为512 HK和180 MPa.Lithium disilicate microcrystalline glass,due to its high mechanical strength,good chemical stability,biocompatibility,and attractive translucent gloss,has been widely used in fields such as dental restorative materials,mobile phone cover panels,and metal coatings.To investigate the effect of scandium oxide addition on the crystallization of lithium disilicate crystals,the change in microstructure and the impact on macroscopic properties,this study investigates the effects of scandium oxide content on the structure and properties of lithium disilicate microcrystalline glass using techniques such as DSC,XRD,SEM,hardness,strength,refractive index,visible light transmittance,and thermal expansion coefficient.The results indicate that when the mass fraction of Sc_(2)O_(3)increases from 0 to 3.00%,the crystallization temperature of lithium disilicate crystals rises from 803.29℃to 861.83℃.When the mass fraction of Sc_(2)O_(3)reaches 4.50%,the glass shows no significant heat absorption or release peak during heat treatment.When the Sc_(2)O_(3)mass fraction increases from 0 to 4.50%,the grain size of lithium disilicate increase,and the crystallinity gradually decreases.The introduction of Sc_(2)O_(3)raises the precipitation temperature of lithium disilicate crystals.When the Sc_(2)O_(3)mass fraction increases from 0 to 4.50%,the refractive index and visible light transmittance increase,and the thermal expansion coefficient decreases.The Knoop hardness and bending strength of the glass first increase and then decrease with increasing Sc_(2)O_(3)mass fraction,reaching maximum values at a Sc_(2)O_(3)content of 1.50%,at 512 HK and 180 MPa.
