摘  要:针对传统被动式孤岛检测存在盲区和检测时间长,主动检测法存在影响供电质量的问题,提出了基于谐波能量分布特征的孤岛检测新方法.根据新能源和小水电并网点的电压谐波分量,计算谐波占基频分量的比值,在一定频率内对其进行积分,依据孤岛运行时谐波占比分布与正常运行下的谐波占比分布差异来检测孤岛发生与否;根据重合闸延时信号,判断局部电网是因线路瞬时故障跳闸形成的短时孤岛还是永久故障形成的孤岛,为提高孤岛检测的可靠性,当断路器闭合后,再根据线路首端电压的部分谐波信号能量与总谐波能量比例特征对短时孤岛和永久性孤岛进行识别.通过仿真验证了所提方法的准确性,且该方法克服了传统检测方法的弊端.For the problems of blind area and long detection time in passive islanding detection,and influence on power supply quality in active detection,an island detection new method based on harmonic component proportion and energy distribution characteristics is proposed.According to the voltage harmonic component of the junction point for renewable energy and small hydropower,the ratio of harmonic to fundamental frequency component is calculated and it is integrated within a certain frequency.The occurrence of island is detected according to the difference between the harmonic proportion distribution during island operation and the normal operation.According to the reclosing delay signal,it is determined whether the regional power grid is a short-time island formed by instantaneous fault tripping or an isolated network formed by permanent fault.At the same time,when the circuit breaker is closed,the short-time island and permanent island are identified according to the proportion characteristics of partial harmonic signal energy and total harmonic energy of the voltage at the head end of the line,so as to improve the reliability of island detection.The accuracy of the proposed method is verified by simulation,and the proposed method overcomes the disadvantages of traditional detection methods.
