摘 要:在推行多年无元素氯漂白技术后,我国造纸行业中含氯漂白废水中的可吸附有机卤素的总含量已大幅下降.但是,仍有少量高毒性、难降解的氯酚类物质随生化尾水排出,形成生态安全隐患,急需合理处置.为此,开发了先进阴极材料——Zn_(2)Co_(1)O_(x)并在弱电场辅助下实现了氯酚污染物的高效去除.研究表明,富含氧空位的Zn_(2)Co_(1)O_(x)实现了从四电子和二电子到一电子氧还原途径的转变,电子利用效率大大加强,电子转移数为1.18.活性物种鉴定表明,此途径为非常规的氧还原途径产生非自由基(·O^(-)_(2))和活性氯自由基(Cl·/Cl·^(-)_(2))的协同过程.电催化实验显示,氧空位修饰的电极材料Zn_(2)Co_(1)O_(x)还具备优异的抗腐蚀、自清洁性,可实现含氯废水毒性的整体下降.After implementing chlorine-free bleaching technology for many years,the total content of adsorbable organic halogens in chlorinated bleaching wastewater in China s papermaking industry has decreased significantly.However,a small amount of highly toxic and refractory chlorophenols are still discharged with biochemical tail water,posing ecological safety hazards and requiring reasonable disposal.To address this issue,this paper first developed an advanced cathode material,Zn_(2)Co_(1)O_(x),and achieved efficient removal of chlorophenol pollutants with the assistance of a weak electric field.The research revealed that Zn_(2)Co_(1)O_(x),rich in oxygen vacancies,transformed its utilization pathway from four-electron and two-electron to one-electron,significantly enhancing electron utilization efficiency,electron transfer number of 1.18.Identification of active species indicated that this pathway was an unconventional oxygen reduction pathway through the generation of non-radical(·O^(-)_(2))and active chlorine radical(Cl·/Cl·^(-)_(2)).Electrocatalytic experiments showed that the oxygen vacancy-modified electrode membrane Zn_(2)Co_(1)O_(x)also possessed excellent corrosion resistance and self-cleaning properties,enabling an overall reduction in the toxicity of chlorinated wastewater.
