摘　　要：高质量发展是新时代经济发展的核心主题。成渝地区双城经济圈在推动产业链供应链升级、构建现代化产业体系方面具有重要的战略地位,虽已进入全面提速、积厚成势的新阶段,仍然存在协同建链水平不高、自主可控能力较弱、发展主导能力不强、堵链断链风险加大等问题,应从健全产业协同发展新机制、升级创新链产业链深度融合新路径、挖掘产业链价值链向高附加值延伸新空间、完善产业链安全风险防控体系等方面促进产业链高质量发展,构建具有成渝特色的现代化产业体系。High-quality development is the core theme of economic development in the new era.The Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle holds an important strategic position in promoting the upgrading of industrial chain and supply chain,as well as building a modern industrial system.Although the economic circle has entered a new stage of comprehensive acceleration and accumulation,there are still problems such as low level of coordinated chain building,weak ability of autonomy and control,weak leadership development,and increased risk of chain blocking and breaking.We should promote high-quality development of the industrial chain by improving the new mechanism for coordinated industrial development,upgrading the new path for deep integration of the innovation chain and industrial chain,exploring new space for extending the value chain to high added value,and improving the security risk prevention and control system of the industrial chain,so as to build a modern industrial system with Chengdu-Chongqing characteristics.
