摘 要:虚拟集聚作为数字经济时代的新型产业组织形式,其对城市低碳发展的影响值得深入研究。本文基于2011—2022年我国274个地级市的面板数据,利用熵权法测度虚拟集聚水平,并采用超效率EBM-GML模型计算碳排放效率,系统考察虚拟集聚对城市低碳发展的影响及其作用机制。研究表明,虚拟集聚正成为城市绿色低碳发展的新动能。因此,本文建议加快数字基础设施建设,推动虚拟集聚赋能低碳转型;优化经济联系网络,提升虚拟集聚的协同减排效应,推动国内外数字经济合作,促进资源优化配置和绿色低碳技术跨区域流通;因地制宜制定差异化政策,引导各类城市发挥虚拟集聚的低碳赋能效应。As a novel industrial organization form in the digital economy era,virtual agglomeration's impact on urban low-carbon development warrants in-depth investigation.Based on panel data of 274 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2022,this study measures the level of virtual agglomeration using the entropy weight method and calculates carbon emission efficiency through the super-efficiency EBM-GML model.The study systematically examines the impact of virtual agglomeration on urban lowcarbon development and its underlying mechanisms.The results indicates that virtual agglomeration is emerging as a new driver of urban green and low-carbon development.Therefore,it is recommended to accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure to facilitate the low-carbon transformation through virtual agglomeration,optimize economic linkage networks to enhance the coordinated carbon reduction effect of virtual agglomeration,promote domestic and international digital economic cooperation to improve resource allocation efficiency and cross-regional diffusion of green low-carbon technologies,and formulate regionspecific differentiated policies to guide cities in leveraging virtual agglomeration for low-carbon empowerment.
