摘　　要：自新一轮电力体制改革实施以来,我国电力市场建设稳步推进,全国统一电力市场建设取得积极成效。金融服务在新型电力系统中的重要性日益凸显,金融服务与电力市场协同发展具有重要意义。在此背景下,本文首先梳理了我国电力市场发展现状及存在的问题。其次,重点分析金融服务与电力市场的协同发展机制,从完善政策法规、健全联动机制、优化投资决策、多样化金融服务工具以及丰富电力合约种类等角度为构建电力市场多层次金融服务体系提出政策建议,旨在加强金融服务与电力市场的有效融合,助力全国统一电力市场体系建设以及经济可持续发展。Since the implementation of the new round of electric power system reform,the construction of China’s electric power market has been steadily promoted,and the construction of the national unified electric power market has achieved positive results.In this context,firstly,we explore the development status and existing problems of China’s power market.Secondly,we focus on the analysis of the collaborative development mechanism of financial services and power market.Finally puts forward policy suggestions on how to build a multi-level financial service system of power market from the perspectives of improving policies and regulations,improving linkage mechanism,optimizing investment decisions,diversifying financial service tools,and enriching the types of power contracts,so as to strengthen the effective integration of financial services and power market and contribute to the construction of a unified national electricity market system and sustainable economic development.
