摘 要:氢气作为一种清洁、高效的能源,在发动机领域的应用正逐渐受到关注。基于Converge软件建立了氢气射流仿真模型,将纹影试验结果与模型计算结果的轮廓、射流贯穿距及射流锥角进行了对比,验证了模型的准确性。分析了不同喷射压力、环境压力及环境温度对氢气射流特性的影响。结果表明:射流贯穿距随喷射压力的升高而增大,增幅逐渐减小;射流锥角随喷射压力的升高而增大;马赫盘高度和宽度随喷射压力的升高而增大。射流贯穿距随环境压力的降低而增大,增幅逐渐增大;射流锥角随环境压力的升高而减小;马赫盘高度和宽度随环境压力的升高而减小。射流贯穿距随环境温度的升高而增大,增幅逐渐减小;射流初期射流锥角随环境温度的升高而减小;马赫盘高度和宽度随环境温度变化不明显。As a clean and efficient energy source,the application of hydrogen in the field of engines is gradually receiving more attention.A hydrogen jet simulation model was established based on Converge software.Then,the results of schlieren test were compared with the calculated results of model in terms of contour,jet penetration distance and jet cone angle,and the accuracy of model was verified.The effects of different injection pressures,ambient pressures and ambient temperatures on the characteristics of hydrogen jet were further analyzed.The results show that the jet penetration distance increases with the increase of injection pressure,and the incremental range decreases gradually.The jet cone angle increases with the increase of injection pressure.The height and width of Mach disk increase with the increase of injection pressure.With the decrease of ambient pressure,the jet penetration distance increases and the incremental range increases gradually.With the increase of ambient pressure,both the jet cone angle and the height and width of Mach disk decrease.With the increase of ambient temperature,the jet penetration distance increases and the incremental range decreases gradually,while the jet cone angle decreases.The height and width of Mach disk hardly change with the ambient temperature fluctuation.
