摘　　要：目的:对英文版21项戒烟挑战量表(the 21-item Challenges to Stopping Smoking Scale,CSS-21)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:通过正译、回译和文化调适对CSS-21进行汉化形成中文版CSS-21。选取2023年12月—2024年4月在医院治疗的吸烟者或戒烟者506例为研究对象进行调查,检验中文版CSS-21的信效度。结果:中文版CSS-21包括内部挑战和外部挑战2个维度,共21个条目。量表水平的内容效度指数为0.941,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.820~1.000。探索性因子分析提取出特征值>1的公因子2个,累计方差贡献率为61.519%。验证性因子分析显示,模型拟合良好。总量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.939,重测信度为0.880。结论:中文版CSS-21具有良好的信效度,可以帮助识别个体在戒烟过程中面临的内部挑战和外部挑战,从而制定更加个性化和有效的戒烟干预策略。Objective:To translate the 21-item Challenges to Stopping Smoking Scale(CSS-21)into Chinese,and to test its validity and reliability.Methods:The Chinese version of CSS-21 was formed through translation,back translation and cultural adaptation.A total of 506 smokers or ex-smokers treated in hospitals from December 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CSS-21.Results:The Chinese version of CSS-21 included two dimensions,internal challenge and external challenge,with a total of 21 items.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.941.And the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.820 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted two common factors with eigenvalue>1.And the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 61.519%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.939.And the retest reliability was 0.880.Conclusions:The Chinese version CSS-21 had good reliability and validity.It could help to identify the internal and external challenges faced by individuals in the process of stopping smoking,so as to develop more personalized and effective stopping smoking intervention strategies.
