摘　　要：目的:编制老年肿瘤放疗住院病人跌倒风险感知量表并检验信效度,旨在为老年肿瘤放疗住院病人提供跌倒自我防范的评估工具。方法:通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、专家函询、预调查等方式构建量表,选取413例老年肿瘤放疗住院病人进行调查,检验量表信效度。结果:老年肿瘤放疗住院病人跌倒风险感知量表包括疾病及治疗易感性感知(10个条目)、行为易感性感知(7个条目)、环境易感性感知(3个条目)、跌倒严重性感知(4个条目)4个维度,共24个条目。平均量表水平的内容效度指数为0.970,条目的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000。探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为82.774%。验证性因子分析结果显示模型拟合理想。量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.973,折半信度为0.936,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.947~0.966,折半信度为0.939~0.949。结论:老年肿瘤放疗住院病人跌倒风险感知量表信效度良好,可用于老年肿瘤放疗住院病人跌倒风险感知的评估。Objective:To develop the fall risk perception scale for elderly tumor inpatients undergoing radiotherapy,and to test its reliability and validity,so as to provide a valid self-assessment tool for fall prevention.Methods:The fall risk perception scale for elderly tumor inpatients undergoing radiotherapy was constructed by literature review,semi-structured interview,expert consultations and pilot survey.A total of 413 elderly tumor inpatients undergoing radiotherapy were selected for investigation to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The fall risk perception scale for elderly tumor inpatients undergoing radiotherapy included 24 items in 4 dimensions,including disease and treatment susceptibility perception(10 items),behavioral susceptibility perception(7 items),environmental susceptibility perception(3 items)and fall severity perception(4 items).The average of scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.970.And the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted four common factor.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 82.774%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the overall scale was 0.973.And the Guttman split-half reliability was 0.936.The Cronbach'sɑcoefficients of each dimension ranged from 0.947 to 0.966.And the Guttman split-half reliability ranged from 0.939 to 0.949.Conclusions:The fall risk perception scale for elderly inpatients with radiotherapy for tumor has good reliability and validity.It could be used to assess elderly cancer radiotherapy inpatients'fall risk perception.
