摘　　要：新时代网络意识形态话语权建构的方法论主要体现在三个方面:在话语导向方面,坚持以人民为中心的哲学方法论原则,哲学方法论的作用在于设定该理论范式方法论的价值方向、根本观点,是该方法论体系之精髓与灵魂;在话语体系方面,树立以制度为载体的科学方法论架构,科学方法论的作用在于给出该方法论在特定学科内的解释框架、分析途径,扮演着连接理论与实践桥梁的角色;在话语效果方面,实施以治理为导向的实践方法论体系,实践方法论的作用在于给出具体的操作策略,强调方法的具体应用。新时代网络意识形态话语权建构形成从“哲学方法论”到“科学方法论”,再到“实践方法论”整套严密而完整的方法论体系。The methodology for constructing the discourse power of online ideology in the new era is mainly reflected in three aspects.Regarding discourse orientation,we should adhere to the people-centered principle of philosophical methodology.As the essential approach,this methodology identifies the values and fundamental viewpoints of the paradigm.As to the discourse system,we should establish a scientific methodological framework with the system as the carrier.This methodology serves to provide an interpretive framework and analytical approach within a specific discipline.It also plays the role of bridging the theory and practice.In terms of discourse effects,we should implement a practice-oriented methodological system.This emphasizes the specific application of methods.Therefore,construction of the discourse power of online ideology in the new era has formed a complete methodological system from“philosophical methodology”to“scientific methodology”and then to“practical methodology”.
