摘  要:钢铁行业处于下行周期,企业效益空间极度压缩,多数钢铁企业面临巨额亏损风险,为缓解企业经营局势,各大钢铁企业纷纷从源头探寻更具性价比的含铁原料。JX精粉作为某钢企新探索的精粉品类,品位为63.5%,属于高硅、高硫且粒度较粗的精粉品类,单矿成球性能良好,替代常用精粉对混合料比表面积和粒度组成无明显影响,适宜膨润土配比小幅上升,生球爆裂温度下降,焙烧球强度下降。The steel industry is in a downward cycle and the profit space of enterprises is extremely compressed.Most steel companies are facing huge loss risks.In order to alleviate the business situation of enterprises,major steel companies are exploring more cost-effective iron containing raw materials from the source.JX refined powder,as a newly explored refined powder category by a certain steel enterprise,has a grade of 63.5%and belongs to the category of high silicon,high sulfur and coarse-grained refined powder.It has good single ore balling performance and has no significant effect on the specific surface area and particle size composition of the mixture when replacing commonly used refined powder.It is suitable for a slight increase in the proportion of bentonite,a decrease in the bursting temperature of raw balls,and a decrease in the strength of roasted balls.
