摘  要:马坑铁矿含铁矿石主要为磁铁矿,选择预选精矿为制备高品位铁精矿的研究对象。预选精矿经浓缩旋流器得到溢流样,溢流样通过“一段强磁—浓缩分级—一段弱磁-500目分级—二段弱磁—反浮选”流程,其中反浮选流程为一粗一扫,粗选捕收剂十二胺100 g/t,抑制剂淀粉50 g/t,扫选药剂用量减半,即可获得了全铁71.30%品位,SiO2含量1.08%的高品位铁精矿,所有尾矿合并成为65%品位合格铁精粉。The iron ore in the Makeng Iron Mine is mainly magnetite.Selecting pre-concentrate as the research object for preparing high-grade iron concentrate.Pre-selected concentrate is passed through a concentration cyclone to obtain an overflow sample.The overflow sample is processed through a strong magnetic concentration classification stage,a weak magnetic 500 mesh classification stage,a second weak magnetic reverse flotation process.The reverse flotation process involves a coarse sweep,with 100 g/t of coarse collector dodecylamine and 50 g/t of inhibitor starch.The amount of sweeping agent used is halved to obtain a high-grade iron concentrate with a total iron grade of 71.30%and a SiO2 content of 1.08%.All tailings are combined to form a qualified iron concentrate with a grade of 65%.
