摘 要:本文主要采用合金粉(0.82%W、18%Mo、4.62%V、6.68%Fe、6.35%Co、19.08%Ni)为原料,通过一系列浸出试验,探索W、Mo、V、Fe、Co、Ni的浸出率,找到最优浸出参数。实验数据表明:通过焙烧加碱浸的方式,可将合金粉中的W、Mo、V浸出到溶液中,从而与Fe、Co、Ni完成初步分离。合金粉用硝酸浸出,在余酸度40~60 g/L的条件下,W、Mo、V浸出率约90%,Co、Ni浸出率约70%,Fe浸出率约30%,但操作环境不太友好,不利于工业化。合金粉600℃焙烧4 h后用硫酸浸出,余酸度90g/L~100 g/L的条件下,W、Mo、V浸出率80%~85%,Fe、Co、Ni浸出率约75%,具有较好的综合浸出率。This article mainly uses alloy powder(0.82%W,18%Mo,4.62%V,6.68%Fe,6.35%Co,19.08%Ni)as raw material,through a series of leaching experiments,the leaching rates of W,Mo,V,Fe,Co,and Ni are explored to find the optimal leaching parameters.Experimental data shows that,by means of roasting and alkali leaching,W,Mo,and V in the alloy powder can be leached into the solution,thus achieving preliminary separation from Fe,Co,and Ni.When the alloy powder is leached with nitric acid and under the condition of residual acidity of 40~60 g/L,the leaching rates of W,Mo,and V are about 90%,the leaching rates of Co and Ni are about 70%,and the leaching rate of Fe is about 30%.However,the operating environment is not very friendly and is not conducive to industrialization.After the alloy powder is roasted at 600°C for 4 hours and then leached with sulfuric acid,under the condition of residual acidity of 90~100 g/L,the leaching rates of W,Mo,and V are 80%~85%,and the leaching rates of Fe,Co,and Ni are about 75%,showing a better comprehensive leaching rate.
