摘 要:由于镍基高温合金在加工过程中容易出现切削力大、切削温度高、刀具磨损严重、工件表面加工硬化严重等问题,深受加工领域关注。本文针对镍基高温合金,利用Al_(2)O_(3)/SiCW陶瓷刀具进行切削,分析陶瓷刀具在不同切削参数下切削镍基高温合金性能差异、切屑形态及磨损机理。结果表明,随着进给量和切削速度的增加,刀具后刀面磨损速率增加。在切削过程中,刀具主要的磨损形式为前刀面磨损、后刀面磨损以及沟槽磨损,上述磨损涉及磨损机理为粘结磨损、磨粒磨损及氧化磨损,其中粘结磨损和磨粒磨损是造成刀具失效的主要磨损机理。Due to the high cutting force,high cutting temperature,severe tool wear,and severe work hardening of the workpiece surface that nickel based high-temperature alloys are prone to during the machining process,they have attracted much attention in the field of machining.This article focused on nickel based high-temperature alloys and uses Al_(2)O_(3)/SiCW ceramic cutting tools for cutting.It analyzed the performance differences,chip morphology,and wear mechanism of ceramic cutting tools when cutting nickel based high-temperature alloys under different cutting parameters.The results indicated that as the feed rate and cutting speed increased,the wear rate of the tool's back face increased.During the cutting process,the main forms of tool wear were front face wear,back face wear,and notch wear.The above wear mechanisms involved adhesive wear,abrasive wear,and oxidative wear,among which adhesive wear and abrasive wear were the main wear mechanisms that cause tool failure.
