摘  要:通过转炉熔炼、LF炉精炼、VD炉真空脱气和连铸浇注等工艺,开发了35MnBH履带用稀土钢工业化生产制备技术,探究了高纯稀土金属加入量、加入时机对工艺和产品质量的影响。结果表明,在VD炉抽真空前加入0.01%~0.02%的高纯稀土Ce,实现了35MnBH履带用稀土钢2炉连续浇注,生产过程顺行。铸坯稀土残留量约0.001%,能够明显改善铸坯冶金质量,轧材力学性能变化不大,但链轨节制品的硬度和耐磨性能得到提升。The industrial production and preparation technology for typical caterpillar track steel 35MnBH with rare earth addition is developed through converter smelting,LF furnace refining,VD furnace vacuum degassing,and continuous casting.The effects of the amount and timing of the addition of ultra-pure rare earth metal on process smoothness and product quality were investigated.The results indicate that adding 0.01%~0.02%of ultra-pure rare earth Ce before the VD process enabled the continuous casting of 35MnBH rare earth steel for two heats with smooth production.The residual rare earth content in the cast billets was approximately 0.001%,significantly improving the metallurgical quality of the billets.While the mechanical properties of the rolled materials showed little change,the hardness and wear resistance of the chain track products were enhanced obviously.
