摘　　要：随着国内工业发展,离心式空气压缩机被广泛应用于化工、冶金、纺织、矿业、石油等各领域。相比于其他类型的压缩机,离心式压缩机因其效率更高、占地空间更小等优点而被广泛使用。本文简要叙述了我公司制氧厂一期装置6500 m3/h空分装置配套H750型离心空气压缩机组自2010年10月投运以来长期存在的运行故障,并对如何处理进行了阐述。通过技改解决该空压机组运行问题,并对技改效果做出总结,便于同行遇此问题能够快速有效分析及处理。With the development of domestic industry,centrifugal air compressors are widely used in various fields such as chemical,metallurgical,textile,mining,petroleum,etc.Compared to other types of compressors,centrifugal compressors are widely used due to the higher efficiency and smaller footprint.The paper briefly describes the analysis and explanation of the long-term operational failures of the H750 centrifugal air compressor unit,which has been in operation since October 2010,in the 6500 m³/h air separation unit.Resolve the operational issues of of the air compressor unit through technological transformation and summarizing the effectiveness of the technological transformation.Facilitate colleagues to quickly and effectively analyze and handle this issue.
