摘 要:当前钢铁工业正在从“增量发展”向“存量优化”阶段转型,数智化转型升级现已成为企业布局新赛道及把握未来发展新机遇的重要手段。本文在分析原有三钢工程项目管理模式的基础上,着重介绍如何伴随智能运营系统工程管理模块的投运,在降低人员劳动强度、提升工作效率、过程动态自动跟踪、异常数据管理及保障本质安全等方面,切实把数据和系统的运用作为深化内部精细化管理的有效抓手和平台,持续赋能企业转型发展所需。Currently,the steel industry is transitioning from"incremental development"to"stock optimization"stage,and digital transformation and upgrading have become important means for enterprises to layout new tracks and seize new opportunities for future development.On the basis of analyzing the original project management mode of the San Steel Engineering,this article focuses on how to accompany the operation of the intelligent operation system engineering management module to reduce personnel labor intensity,improve work efficiency,dynamically track processes automatically,manage abnormal data,and ensure intrinsic safety.It effectively uses the application of data and systems as an effective lever to deepen internal refined management.Continuously empowering enterprises with the platform to meet the needs of transformation and development.
