摘 要:目前,配网工程全过程管理存在现场施工受阻多发、过程设计变更频繁、配网管理信息化水平不高的问题。本文从10kV配网工程建设前期管理入手,通过精益初设深度、前置复勘流程、强化政企协同、提升数字化水平、强化开复工管理等五个方面开展工程建设前期精益化管理,从项目建设源头提升配网工程全过程管理水平。Currently,the whole-process management of distribution network projects faces challenges such as frequent on-site construction obstructions,excessive design changes during the process,and insufficient digitalization in management.This paper focuses on the preliminary management of 10kV distribution network projects and proposes a lean management framework across five dimensions:refining initial design depth,implementing pre-construction re-inspection processes,strengthening government-enterprise collaboration,enhancing digitalization capabilities,and improving construction commencement and resumption management.These measures aim to optimize the management level from the project initiation phase,thereby elevating the overall efficiency of distribution network project management.
